Comparison between Asif and new rates proposed German photovoltaic RD

Asif As you know has just approved the text containing the proposals to be submitted to the government on what they believe are prices "fair and sustainable."

I put a summary and then show German rates for you can compare. On a personal level I think the Germans are a thousand times better and that is bringing down the generation asif on deck, is forgetting the little ones.

Proposals:

Steps
< 100 kW de potencia sobre cubierta
1 .- 2 .- Facilities Facilities on the deck between 100 kW and 500 kW and power facilities on land < 500 kW.
3 .- Facilities (indoor and soil) between 500 kW and 2 MW. 4 .-
Facilities> 2 MW. Rates

each step
1 .- 0.39 € / kWh (facilities < 10kW sobre cubierta tendrían un “plus” facilitando la tramitación)
2 .- € 0.33 / kWh
3 .- 0.30 € / kWh
4 .- Wholesale Pool is ie in the electricity market. REGULATED RATE WITHOUT

Aval
be maintained under this proposal, and would be valid for 18 months until the final connection of the plant.

Cupo
is proposed an annual quota of power split as follows for each of the steps: 1 .-
1 / 3 of the quota
2 .- 1 / 3 of the quota
3 .- 1 / 3 of the quota
4 .- When selling in the pool, do not fall within the quota extension

" No extension nonnegotiable." Anyone who has started construction, ASIF "means that risks should be assumed by Quine took them and not impair the regulatory framework that will follow.".
However, " is aware that under the proposed ASIF, those unable to register their facilities more than 2MW in the final register in time to enter the RD 661/2007, are greatly affected by this proposal, but the option to do so may be that these facilities occupy all or a substantial part of the power of the first or first batch.
For this reason we urge the Ministry to seek a transitional regime that does not affect the future existence of these projects behind, but. for lack of time, the CD do not develop ideas to define the transitional arrangements .. "
